These Terms & Conditions apply to the PinpointMassagers.com website and any other sites, mobile sites, social media, services, applications, platforms and tools through which Pinpoint Massager products may be purchased from us and/or are advertised by us (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). As used in these Terms & Conditions, “us” or “we” refers to Pinpoint Massagers, a division of Motor Saver, Inc. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

BY ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. By using this Site, you represent that you are of the age of majority where you live. Our website is for general audiences and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any contact information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children’s access to the Internet. If at any time you do not accept all of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site.


All orders will be processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 1-5 business days depending on order size and availability. After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s). Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within 2 to 7 business days of shipping.

Pinpoint Massagers currently ships to all 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We also ship to APO/FPO and post office (P.O.) box addresses within the U.S. via USPS. Delivery times outside of the continental U.S. may vary significantly. Some restrictions may apply based on value and weight of order.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $49. No coupon code required. Valid on orders shipped by ground delivery within the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico only. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship anywhere else internationally outside of the U.S. and Canada, nor do we ship to other U.S. territories. We do hope to offer international shipping and ship to the remaining U.S. territories at some point in the future, so be sure to check back from time to time

Discreet Shipping

Every order is shipped in discreet packaging and insured with the sender listed as “Shipping Dept.” or similar. No packing slip or receipt will be enclosed. Receipts will only be sent by email in the form of an order confirmation. The transaction on your payment statement will show a purchase from Motor Saver. Orders over a certain value may require signature, or delivery confirmation. Orders returned to us for non-delivery or incorrect address will automatically be refunded.

Partial Shipments

PinpointMassagers.com strives to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In such cases, we will remove the missing items from your invoice and either ship the remaining items on your order or contact you for instructions on how to proceed.

Availability, Quantities & Errors

Pinpoint Massagers’ acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. Pinpoint Massagers makes a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately on our website (“Site”). Despite these efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Site and in our advertising on other sites. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. Pinpoint Massagers’ reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped.

Pinpoint Massagers does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied. Pinpoint Massagers reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.


Every Pinpoint Massager comes with a standard 5-year warranty for parts and labor. An optional 10-year extended warranty is available at time of purchase. Unlike the competition, this is an actual 10-year warranty that extends the standard warranty an additional 5 years. Not available anywhere else except through Pinpoint Massagers.

We will correct any defect in material or manufacturing by means of repair or replacement at our discretion. In addition, any repairs or replacements will also be covered under warranty from the original purchase date and original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover damages that are the result of incorrect or inappropriate handling including abuse and tampering, or normal wear and tear. Warranty is void if product is abused or opened (disassembled and/or reassembled). Both 5-year and 10-year warranties only apply to Pinpoint Massagers and does not cover accessories. Accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Warranty is non-transferable. Original purchaser, with proof of purchase or receipt, is valid. Pinpoint Massagers® is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate or cure any disease. No medical claims are warranted or implied by the use of this product. Sold only as a novelty. Keep out of reach of children.

Contact us for a return authorization number and send the product back for evaluation. Pinpoint Massagers is not responsible for any product sent back without shipment tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery for a full refund as long as the product is unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened. Returned items must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened items can be returned only if they are defective or malfunctioning for repair or replacement under warranty and no refund will be issued. Non-defective items may not be returned.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service through the contact form of our website or replying to your order confirmation email.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package, or else we will refuse the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments must be sent with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or unreceived items shipped without tracking information.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue our return policy at any time.


You may return new, unused products in the original packaging within 14 days after receipt for a full refund. A return authorization, RMA, number is required for all returns (see Returns).

If you change your mind after you place an order, you may request a refund. If your refund request is received before it ships, your order will be canceled and a refund will be processed right away. If your request is received after the order has shipped, you may refuse the shipment from the delivery company and/or driver at no cost to you. Otherwise, you will need to contact us for an RMA number and send the product back at your own cost.

Refund will be processed after we receive the returned item and evaluate it. Returned items must be unopened for a full refund. We do not give refunds for opened products. If a returned item is not factory sealed, we reserve the right to refund a portion of the cost or refuse refund.

If your order is returned to us for non-delivery or incorrect address, your order will be automatically refunded.

Pinpoint Massagers is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate or cure any disease. I understand that any Pinpoint Massagers product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I understand the information on this website is designed for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. I understand I should not use this information to diagnose or treat any health problems or illnesses without consulting my doctor. I also understand that any product purchased from Pinpoint Massagers is not intended or to be used to treat any type of medical condition or for use on children. Sold only as a novelty.

Your use of trademarks, service marks, trade dress and copyrighted material displayed on this website is strictly prohibited. 

You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, distribute display, transfer, create derivative works from, sell or participate in the sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
