We offer Free ground shipping on orders over $49 delivered within the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico. For all other orders, shipping ranges from $8 and up depending on location and weight.

Yes, you will receive an receipt via email in the form of an order confirmation when you place your order. We will not enclose a receipt or packing list inside your shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. All orders will be processed and shipped in DISCREET packaging via UPS or USPS within 1-5 business days depending on order size and product availability. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within 2 to 8 business days of shipping. Delivery times outside of the continental U.S. may vary significantly.

If you change your mind after you place an order, you may contact us to request a cancellation and refund. If your refund request is received before it ships, your order will be canceled and a refund will be processed right away. If your request is received after the order has shipped, you may refuse the shipment from the delivery driver and/or driver at no cost to you. Otherwise, you will need to contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and send the product back at your own cost.

Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery for a full refund as long as the product is unopened and unused. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened. Returned items must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened items can be returned only if they are defective or malfunctioning for repair or replacement under warranty and no refund will be issued. Non-defective items may not be returned.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service through the contact form of our website or replying to your order confirmation email.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package, or else we will refuse the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments must be sent with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or unreceived items shipped without tracking information.

At this time, we do not ship anywhere else internationally outside of the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do hope to offer international shipping and ship to the remaining U.S. territories at some point in the future, so be sure to check back from time to time

Yes, we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes and APO/FPO (U.S. armed forces) addresses within the U.S. via USPS.

Yes. Every order is shipped in discreet packaging and insured with the sender listed as “Shipping Dept.” or similar. No packing slip or receipt will be enclosed.

Orders returned to us for non-delivery or incorrect address will automatically be refunded.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us right away. If your request is received before it ships, we will update your order.

Every Pinpoint Massager comes with a standard 5-year warranty for parts and labor. An optional 10-year extended warranty is available at time of purchase. This is an actual 10-year warranty—no gimmicks, unlike the competition—extending the standard warranty an additional 5 years. Not available anywhere else except through Pinpoint Massagers.

We will correct any defect in material or workmanship by means of repair or replacement at our discretion. In addition, any repairs or replacements will also be covered under warranty from the original purchase date and purchaser.

The warranty does not cover damages that are the result of normal wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate handling including abuse and tampering. Warranty is void if product is abused or opened (disassembled and/or reassembled).

Warranty only applies to Pinpoint Massagers and does not cover accessories. Accessories are covered for 1 year.

The optional 10-year extended warranty is only available at time of purchase. It is non-transferable, valid only for the original purchaser.

Contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and send the product back for evaluation. We will repair or replace it.

Pinpoint Massagers do not require massage oils or lubricants in most causes. Unlike other massagers, Pinpoint Massagers have a very special low friction, body-safe silicone that does require lubrication.

If you do want to use a lubricant, use only water-based lubricants and massage oils.

Pinpoint Massagers are not waterproof. They are designed to be water resistant. Do not use or submerge in water.

We recommend cleaning with just water. The high-quality silicone cleans up easily. Rinse with warm water, or wipe silicone clean with a soft damp cloth, then dry. Mild soap can be used if desired. NEVER submerge the massager in water or any other liquid. It is water resistant not waterproof. Unplug the massager from power source before cleaning.

Do not wash, rinse, or expose the turbo power booster, USB plug, or optional Smart Rechargeable USB Power Bank to water. Wipe clean as needed.

To prevent accidental turning on if put in a drawer, purse, or travel bag, or against something that might prematurely start it up.

When connected/plugged into the power bank and not in use for 2 minutes the Smart Rechargeable USB Power Bank will turn off to conserve power. To resume power, push the power button on the side of the power bank. If the lights on the front of the power bank do not go on, or only one light is flashing, it is time to recharge the power bank.

The standard USB is still the most widely used, but USB Type-C is becoming quite popular. An adapter can be purchased from Pinpoint to adapt standard USB Type A outputs to USB Type-C to use with your existing USB-C wall adapter / charger to power Pinpoint Massagers. See optional USB-C Adapter →

Our optional Smart Rechargeable USB Power Bank comes with both Micro USB (charging cable included) and USB-C inputs which are located in the center that are just for recharging the power bank. There are two standard USB outputs are on either side: one to plug in and power your Pinpoint Massager; the other can be used to charge another USB device at the same time or separately.

Each massager is designed to be unique to itself having its own personal design only to you in an ivory white finish.

No, you should not use Pinpoint Massagers under covers, sheets, or blankets. It will restrict airflow to the product.

Any individual who may be pregnant, has a medical condition, or medical device, including pins, screws, etc., in their body should consult with a physician before using a massaging device designed for home use. Pinpoint Massager is not a medical device. 

To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas, or skin lacerations. No medical claims are warranted or implied by the use of this product. Keep out of reach of children.
